Whether you are looking for a personalized fashion statement or matching hats for your team, school, or corporate event, our workshop crafts high-quality, tailor-made headwear just for you. 

 

How Customization Works 

1. Choose Your Base Design

Browse our collection of hat styles and select a design you love. Then, personalize it with: 

- Custom Colors: Want your own ideal shade? Send us a Pantone code, or even a photo inspiration, and we will match it. 

- Logo/Branding: Add embroidered or printed logo or text, heat transfer logo, reflective logo etc.

You can either choose to customize the color or logo/branding, however, customize both also works too!

 

2. Submit Your Design Request

    Email us at justmeplanet.info@gmail.com with: 

  - Your chosen hat style (product name/link) 

  - Color specifications

  - Logo files

  Our team will respond to you within 1-2 business day.

 

3. Production & Delivery

- Minimum order: 6 pcs per color way per style.

- Turnaround time: 14–20 business days after final approval (+ shipping time). 

- Quality check: Each hat will be inspected by our QC before shipping, if you require a video/photo check before send out please feel free to let us arrange for you.

 

Important Policies

🔸 No returns/exchanges: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are final sale. 

🔸 Design approval: Once mockups are confirmed and bulk production is started, no changes can be made. 

🔸 Packing and Shipping: We will offer you tailored packing way and shipping way for choose.
